After 10 years in fast-paced corporate environments, I know what it means to keep pushing until your body pays for it. Burnout, tension, and insecurity were not abstract ideas to me, they were lived experience. What changed everything was learning to slow my body first. Now I help ambitious women find relief, recover from stress, and build self-belief they can access on an ordinary Tuesday, not just on holiday.
