This a short, guided series for overachievers and overthinkers who struggle to slow down. Not because they don’t want to, but because their system is used to being on. This isn’t a workout. It’s not a full class. And it’s not about pushing through or forcing calm. These are brief, breath-led movements I use in my own life to step out of go-mode, discharge built-up tension, and signal safety to a body that’s learned to stay alert. Each practice helps your nervous system downshift gradually, so slowing down feels doable instead of frustrating or unsafe. Use it when you’re wired but tired, mentally busy, emotionally flat, or “resting” while still running ten tabs in your head. No pressure. No optimisation. No performance. Just a practical way to slow the body first, so the mind can finally follow.
